WZŁ No. 1 S.A. with the Offset for WISŁA Phase 2

On 6 September 2023, during MSPO in Kielce, representatives of the PGZ S.A. and Raytheon agreed and signed executive and license agreements enabling implementation of Offset Commitments for the 2^nd Phase of Poland Patriot/WISŁA Program.

As part of the above agreements, WZŁ No. 1 S.A. signed Offset Execution Agreement (OEA) and License Agreement (IPLA) regarding Offset Commitment R5. The subject of the commitment is acquisition of capabilities by WZŁ No. 1 to provide depot maintenance for components of the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) cooling system, covering technical and training documentation, instrumentation, as well as training and technical assistance.

As a reminder, on 25 August 2023, Polish Minister of Defense, Mariusz Blaszczak signed five Offset Agreements with Raytheon concerning implementation of the next phase of WISŁA. Wojskowe Zakłady Łączności No. 1 S.A. thus found itself in the PGZ-WISŁA Consortium, including Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (leader), Huta Stalowa Wola S.A., Jelcz Sp. z o.o., Mesko S.A., Ośrodek Badawczo Rozwojowy Centrum Techniki Morskiej S.A., PCO S.A., PIT-RADWAR S.A., Wojskowe Zakłady Uzbrojenia S.A., Wojskowe Zakłady Elektroniczne S.A., Zakłady Mechaniczne Tarnów S.A., Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr. 1 S.A. and Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr. 2 S.A.
